Designed by award-winning Avery architects, it comprises four stories of commercial, maisonette apartments, and retail space. A major feature of this project was the exposed services.

For Allendale, this meant installing every piece of cable tray, curve and cut, clipped cable, and light fitting and fixture to meet the high aesthetic standards.
